If you choose to contact Us via the Website's "Contact" form, We will process the personal data which you choose to voluntarily include when contacting Us. Such personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or fulfilling your request.

If you choose to contact Us through applying for a "Job Opening", We will process the personal data which you choose to voluntarily include when contacting Us for such purpose, including the CV/resume that you may provide to Us. We will process such personal data solely for the purpose of considering your job application with regards to Our vacancy and to contact you in such regard.

Whether you choose to contact us through the "Contact" form or while applying for a "Job Opening", We process your personal data on the basis of your consent in terms of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, specifically for the purpose you would have consented to when contacting Us.

If We choose to hold an interview with you pursuant to a job application, We may also process your personal data on the basis of Our legitimate interest to protect Ourselves from possible legal actions.

If you contact Us through the "Job Opening" form, We may hold onto your data for up to 1 year as may be relevant for Us to contact you and consider you for any job opening that We may have. Your data will also be retained in case We need to defend Ourselves from actions you may institute against Us.
